What we collect
When you book a meeting on chefchelsaemarie.com or send a private-event enquiry on olivehousett.com, we collect the details you type into the form: your name or business name, email address, phone number, and what you would like to discuss (for events, the type of event, preferred date and guest count). We also keep the time you booked.
How we use it
- To schedule your meeting and send you a calendar invitation.
- To let Chelsae reply to your enquiry by email or phone.
- To let you reschedule or cancel through the private link in your invitation.
We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Google Calendar and Gmail
Our booking tool, “Chef Chelsae Marie Bookings”, connects to Chelsae's own Google account with her permission. It reads when her calendar is busy so it only offers free times, creates the meeting on her calendar (which sends your invitation and, for video calls, a Google Meet link), and sends event enquiries to her inbox from her own Gmail. It does not read her emails or the contents of other calendar events.
Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where it is stored
Booking and enquiry details are stored on a private server operated for Chef Chelsae Marie by Silver Tongue Contracting, and in Chelsae's Google Calendar and Gmail. Access is limited to Chelsae and the people who maintain the sites. We keep booking records for as long as they are useful for running the business, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
